We are looking for a skilled and motivated Butcher to join our team at Paisley Freshmart. The ideal candidate will have experience in meat preparation, cutting, and packaging, with a strong focus on quality and food safety. You will be responsible for preparing meat products to meet customer orders and store standards, ensuring that all items are fresh, properly labeled, and displayed attractively.

As a Butcher, you will work closely with the kitchen and sales teams to maintain inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and ensure that all meat products are stored at the correct temperatures. A key part of this role is maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with local food handling standards.

The position requires strong knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to assist customers by answering questions, offering recommendations, and providing excellent service. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
